I always thought the line about 'Should any among you object to this marriage...' was just an archaic expression!
At least in our weddings the line is: “If any of you can show just cause why they may not lawfully be married, speak now; or else for ever hold your peace.” The operative word is “legally.” That stops the 13-year-olds and the already-married….
