I wouldn’t have problems with that casserole now. I like broccoli (didn’t as a kid). I recently discovered that brussel sprouts actually taste good! (thanks, sis) If you get them fresh, cut them in quarters and fry them up in bacon grease and crispy bacon. But don’t over cooked! I like them with crunch still left in them :o) Allowed on a ketogenic diet (I use uncured bacon – no nitrites or nitrates). I just don’t have them TOO often – bacon in moderation.
