Dan Rather: This is Dan Rather at San Clemente, a.k.a. "The Wester White House." The summit talks between President Nixon and Soviet chief Brezhnev continued today as teh two leaders sat outside in the gardens of the California house. At one point this afternoon, Mr. Brezhnev turned to his host and inquired wherever did he find the funds to finance and keep up such a lovely home! IT was considered by many to be a low point in the talks.
