They're beginning to think of us on the hill as being totally intractable... we don't want to give in to "politics as usual," of course, but we need some thoughts on a conciliatory gesture... Duane: Why don't we join them in their summer recesses? Jordan: An executive branch recess? Duane: Sure! See, what we really have is a holier-than-thou problem.
