I can really relate to it... basically, mellow is a new way of defning the space your head's in, a way of getting in touch with those feelings that will enable you to lead a much more natural lifestyle. Mark: I see. And what would be some examples mellow? Man: Mellow is all around us, Mark. It's wheat fiber, it's houseplants, it's Chopin festivals and jacuzzis and tennis lessons and the ACLU! Mark: Hmm... sounds complicated. Is there beginner's mellow? Man: Oh, for sure! All you need is a good ten-speed!
