Elizabeth Taylor: May I just say how deeply honored both of us are to be here tonight. It's the culmination of a dream! We had a tough race. But happily the voters of the state of Virginia knew me and they knew what I stood for, even when I myself wasn't sure. As those of you who are in politics know, you can't buy that kind of support, although we certainly our level best! It is with great pride that I introduce my husband, John Warner! Lacey: Well done! Admit it, Dick, she handles herself superbly!
