Man: Mr. Secretary, the sovereign state of Cambodia demands the condemnation of Vietnam by this council! The time has come to challenge the myth of Vietnam as a peace-loving socialist state teeming with freedom fighters! It is the Jane Fonda view of history, Mr. Secretary. The mindless belief that any people who have struggled against Western imperialism should be routinely canonized! Well, those same plucky little anti-imperialists are now sitting on half of Southeast Asia, having cynically annexed one country, and brutally invaded a second! Voice: Ambassador Phred?
