Lacey: Oh, there you are, dearest! Where've you been? Dick: I was over discussing strategy with Thadius. Lacey: You mean the wildlife refuge business? Did you ever get hold of Watt? Dick: Nope. I called five times, but his assistant wouldn't put me through. Lacey: Why not? Dick: She said Mr. Watt had more important things to do than talk with the Secretary of the Maryland Audubon Society! Lacey: A likely story. Dick: It's her funeral. I've called an emergency meeting of the board for tonight.
