Honey: I can imagine how that might be demoralizing, sir...but look at it from the Panamanian perspective, just to arrest a drug dealer, U.S. forces managed to inflict $2 billion worth of damage on the country. In the absence of no aid whatsoever, thousands are still homeless. Some are even living under clusters of parachutes abandoned by the very soldiers whose arrival left them homeless!
