Clyde: Hey, Blondie! Where's Virginia? Joanie: Uh... I'm not sure, Clyde... I think I might have heard her in the shower. Clyde: The shower?! Man, I'm gonna be late! I told her I was comin' over for breakfast! Hey, Virginia! How come you ain't made my breakfast yet?! Virginia: Clyde, if you're not out of this apartment in five seconds, I"m going to break your neck. Clyde: She said for you to make it.
Remembering that Joanie ditched her husband and joined a commune. Decided on a law career and is now so far from home……….Its a wonder Clyde survived so long. His ‘remembered’ hearing of things said to him…. (its not just men who do this type of selective hearing)…….. Why hasn’t Virginia decked him? …. (never mind Joanie)
