Dick: Hmm... no sign of the warbler. I hope it wasn't a false identification. Lacey: It's been five hours, Dick. Maybe he's gone. Dick: Maybe, dear heart, but I'd prefer to err on the side of caution. A true birder knows the value of patience. I guess it's always been that way with me. Even in grammar school, my peers seemed to sense I was destined for a life of birding. They used to call me "The Beak." Lacey: Kids are so receptive that way.
I guess, Dick has never seen a photo of himself in profile.
