Ralph: Thank you all for coming to our neighborhood emergency preparedness meeting! Every day, we hear reports of fires, floods and earthquakes. But if we look out for each other, we might be able to withstand the next disaster! Steinbauer: Sorry I'm late. Where are the snacks? Ralph: Speaking of disasters! Norman: Hi, Mr. Steinbauer!
