Echo: Here you go! Boy: Thanks! Echo: See? Perfect! I did the ice and you did the flavors! That's why this is a two-person job! Wait, who was supposed to take the money?? Norman: Oh, great. Now it's a three-person job!
It’s a two person job because one handles the money and one the food. People find money all sorts of places. Remember Ed Norton finding money in the sewer? Around here the toll collectors ware gloves because people put things on the money they hand them to “show displeasure” with paying the toll, and that money obviously circulates on to others. It’s always disgusting when places have one person handle money then handle food.
