I never understood how you could forgive him... time after time. Woman: I never forgave him, Elly... and I'll never forget. Elly: Then, how can the two of you live together? Woman: I always know where he is and who he's with. I know when he's leaving, and when he's coming home. It would be hard for him to cheat on me now. Elly: Annie... you're not a wife... you're a warden!
I had a buddy like that. They divorced, moved back together later, and she watched him like a hawk. He wanted to live together so badly, they made it work.
