Go for it! Pizza was invented as an easy food to make, and there are so many variations that you can’t screw it up.
It’s really easy if you buy a frozen crust from the grocery store; you just need tomato (or pesto) sauce, cheese, toppings, and an oven. (Actually, the crust is not that hard either, but it adds to the preparation time.)
