Jason: Dad said I can be the official safety officer for the family. Andy: What's that entail? Jason: I'm putting together plans for what we should do in case of various emergency situations. Andy: Such as? Jason: In case of fire, get out of the house and meet at the designated spot, then call 911. In case of a tornado, go into the basement, ideally with a radio. In case of an earthquake, take cover under a table or desk if you can. In the case of a zombie apocalypse...Don't listen to her, Dad! Our safety is at stake! Andy: Are yo aware that our son has been "modifying" his Nerf guns?
in case of an earthquake I heard an expert say the worse thing you can do is get under something that will collapse. He said you have a better chance if you lay beside a structure even a desk as it will crush as far as it can and then support heavier structures that fall on it leaving a space around it that you can survive in.
