Caulfield says, "How come milk goes bad but cheese doesn't?" Frazz says, "because cheese already did." Caulfield says, "The stuff that makes milk go bad makes cheese good?" Frazz says, "Sort of." Caulfield says, "So cheese is like the computer hacker who goes to work for the security company." Frazz says, "Only with more vitamin D."
Cheese does go bad, it just takes longer. Like bacon and sausage, it was originally developed as a way to preserve food prior to refrigeration.
