Mr. Spaetzle says, "What's left?" Frazz says, "The path to the stop sign where Mrs. Olsen goes to smoke." Mr. Spaetzle says, "What? Frazz! You're not an enabler." Frazz says, "And you're not that clueless." Mr. Spaetzle says, "I'm not?" Frazz says, "You don't think I'm shoveling snow off the walk, do you?"
I picked up the habit when I went into the Marine Corps. I smoked for 25 years. I stopped – cold turkey- 35 years ago (yeah, I’m old). Never looked back. The doctor asked me if I smoked and that was it. I said, “As of now, I will never pick up another one!” Was I sure? No. I carried that last pack around in my pocket for a month and never went for one. Then I was sure!
