Jon: Why is it the phone only rings when I'm in the bath? Garfield: Relax, one call a week isn't that bad. Jon: That's right, Beverly. I will not got out with you tonight. Yes, I know you're madly in love with me, but I have better things to do. Now, now, Beverly, you know I hate it when you grovel and stop sobbing uncontrollably. Telephone: At the sound of the tone the time will be 10:00 AM. Garfield: You monster, how dare you break that computer's heart? Telephone: Beep. Jon: Oh, shut up.
It should be noted that Jon was already on the fake call BEFORE Garfield walked in. He was doing this bit to impress NO ONE! Jon is officially insane.
