Bucky: I've never heard of this dog newspaper you say you're writing for. Satchel: The daily crate liner? It's been around a long time. OF course, it's not daily anymore. Bucky: How often is it printed? Satchel: Annually. Unless we forget, then it's semi-annual. But we slept through last year's date, and the year before that, Moby's printer was out of ink... So we print it every four years. What do you call that? Bucky: An election ballet.
Semi-annual would be twice a year, so if they forget to do it annually it would be bi-annual, meaning once every two years. Nit-picky grammar aside, great strip!
