He and beaker were created in the same Bulgarian lab, actually. Satchel: Awww! Bucky: After "Animal" was created. Though, an investigation into his condition ended with that lab being shut down. Satchel: Aw... Rob: What about teletubbies? Bucky: You can't handle the truth about the teletubbies!
