I just realized that Dunlap may have been watching old episodes of M*A*S*H when he did this arc. I’m suddenly wanting to call Bixby Frank because suddenly the arc is reminding me of the season 4 or 5 episode where Frank wanted to sell the camp’s garbage to the locals (and Hawkeye buys it only to have it dumped on that visiting colonel).
