Yes it is the Saudi’s fault when they have said out loud that oil prices are too low so they’ll tell OPEC to cut production to raise prices.
Oil prices are global. If the USA were to raise their production to offset that production loss, OPEC would just further reduce their production. This is all market manipulation.
