One dealer had 4 deals going, one had 1,500 cars sold under the program. The bill WAS rushed and rather poorly assembled, should have rationed how many sales one dealer could do for example, to spread risk, NOT restrain “business rights”. I opposed the whole thing on principle, but it did get cars sold, and dealers earning, and now the plants may resume production, so it ain’t all bad, but those “capitalists” out there might want to revise their condemnation of any stimulus.
