I used to carry a fanny pack for walks and bike rides but then my daughter told me that’s not a thing anymore. So, I got one of those cross-body packs and that seemed okay since I could wear it across my back or my chest. But then my son-in-law who is a policeman told me how the opening on the back of it is for carrying a gun. I still can’t get used to that being a thing or even legal without a license anymore. Now I envision all those untrained folks wearing packs on walks, riding bikes and at the park being strapped. I’ve had a conceal carry license for many years and am highly trained, but I rarely carry in public and only if I have reason to be wary of my location which is very rare or only when travelling.
