Delta sits in Miss Phelps' office. Miss Phelps says "How are you, Delta? Are you handling school okay?" Delta looks very tired. Delta says, "I'm fine, Miss phelps. I'm excused from P.E. and my teachers have reduced my homework." Miss Phelps says "The cancer treatments leave you quite exhausted, don't they?" Delta says, "Whew. Extremely, but Dr. Johanson said I'm responding very well. so maybe the end's in sight." Miss Phelps says "I hope so, we're all pulling for you, Delta." Delta says, "Thanks, along with the pull, could you give me a push, a lift and a carry?"
