Luann by Greg Evans and Karen Evans for May 18, 2013
Transcript:
Luann: "So you and Tiffany get to go to drama camp and I'm left out!" Quill: "Wonder why they picked her?" Luann: "Oh. I'm sure she listed her huge role in that stupid "Eyez of Zeye" movie" Luann: "But that was never released, was it?" Luann: "It's still a film credit. All I have is a lame school production of West Side Story" Quill: "Where we kissed while Tiffany was left out..." Luann: "If that's supposed to make me feel better- it kinda does"
Once again, Luann proves she is not morally superior to Tiffany. Instead of focusing on how to be with Quill, our little ‘heroine’ is fixated on Tiffany, finding pleasure in one upping her through her kiss with Quill. Which really should be a sweet and treasured memory of Quill and not about Tiffany at all. Luann, the difference between you and Tiffany is that she’s stronger than you are, more determined, and fearless. You hate Tiffany as much, but you are lazy and weak. And Quill, stop indulging this side of Luann. Thought you were better than she was….
