Quill: "LUANN! Look at the time! You have to be home in ten minutes!" Luann: "UGH! Why do I always have to be someplace ELSE!?" Luann: "Just once, I wish we had TIME together! To be... y'know... to get..." Quill: "I know. Well, at least the windows got steamed up" Luann: "Lucky them"
Well… it could also be read that her own intentions are being spelled out, a little more… though she didn’t necessarily say that….. but the fact that she wanted more than the windows steamed seems to indicate perhaps that she would …or may …though for now, she hasn’t…– I personally am a believer in waiting until marriage…I didn’t wait, but if I could do it over, I would have chosen to do so….only because of the values I have now come to personally hold dear…. I know of examples of those who did wait for marriage, and that not everybody is doing it, but it seems that it’s portrayed as an option, less and less, these days… – And I know that there’s others (including what I’ve seen on some other comics’ forums or other threads and some other GoComics comics’ threads) who would also say that, but I guess I’d be in the minority here…. not necessarily in the minority of those who would feel that way, but of those who may post that they feel that way, here….
