I always wanted to draw comics, but it was your wanton criminality and childlike intellect that propelled me into politics. skritch skritch I stand in awe at all you have done - and all we have allowed you to do. Chronicling your madness was an honor and I will forever cherish the memories. George W. Bush: Our budget will run a deficit that is small and short term. My first cartoon of you.
