Inept Congress To Debate Bad Idea President Barack Obama: My bad idea to bomb Syria needs proper authorization. That task falls to our incompetent, widely despised lawmakers. Politician: We'll discuss the dumb idea, then approve it. After we make it worse, of course! It's an important process the founders laid out for garbage ideas. Founding Father: The power to declare a foolish war lies solely with the gross pigs of Congress! HEAR! HEAR! And this idea's so terrible it could bring both parties together.
