I live in Mesa, Arizona where the temperature can get up to 120 degrees. During the hot summer months, I like to cook things on the dashboard of my car, such as roasts, steak, potatoes, eggs, etc. The meat must reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees to be considered cooked, but this is no problem since the inside of my car can reach 200 degrees.
