Sluggo: Let's see-- First, I'll do my hour of meditation. THEN--- A midmorning nap--- At NOON--- I'll slide right into my relaxation exercises. Then--- My serious afternoon "power nap". And finish off with some quality TV time communing with my couch. YUP-- It ain't easy staying STRESS-FREE in these whirlwind times.
