Danae: Hmm... Pythagorean theorem... that's a good one. Lucy: Um... a good one of what? Danae: Complex brainy stuff. I figure if I say smart-sounding things, people will think I know more than they do and will assume I'm right about everything. Lucy: Oh. So... reality doesn't matter? Danae: Nope... only perception matters. Lucy: What about when you're proved to be disastrously wrong? Danae: Perceived smart people are never wrong, just innocent victims of circumstance.
