Having Googled ‘invisible fence for dogs’, anyone who would install an electric shock collar for their dog rather than train it or have proper boundaries to their home, should not be owning a dog.
Also, they should be wearing an electric shock collar themselves which activates whenever they do something not according to a set of rules that have never been explained to them either.
