Charlie Brown, with a towel over his arm, leans over towards a sitting Snoopy. He says,"There's something I'd like to ask you, Snoopy"<BR><BR> He turns towards Snoopy as he stands in the bathroom atop a chair, next to the sink. He asks,"Why don't dogs ever wash their hands?"<BR><BR> He washes his hands and continues,"Of course, it probably wouldn't do much good..."<BR><BR> As he towels his hands, he looks down at Snoopy and concludes,"You'd just have to walk on them right away again anyway!"<BR><BR>
