He says, "Beethoven couldn't Possibly have been at the Alamo.."<br> <br> He shows Schroeder a book and continues, "This book says he was never in the United States! There!"<br> <br> Charlie Brown walks away, smiling smugly. Schroeder watches him go and says, "Well, I'll be! How embarrassing.."<br> <br> He blushes to the reader and exclaims, "I always thought Beethoven was a native of Minnesota!"<br> <br>
Beethoven died nine years before the Mexican Army took over the Alamo from the Texan defenders.
