He says, "Just think..there are ninety million cats and dogs in the United States!"<br> <br> They pass Snoopy lying on a rock and he continues, "That sure is a lot of cats and dogs!"<br> <br> Snoopy thinks, "Dogs and cats.."<br> <br> He continues, "Always say 'Dogs and cats'..never say 'cats and dogs'..the proper expression is Dogs and cats!"<br> <br>
“Cats and dogs” has a much better mouth feel than “dogs and cats.”
