"We're going to lose!" Lucy announces. She sits next to Charlie Brown on the bench on the base ball field.<BR><BR> "We're doomed!" she continues. "Don't say that!" says Charlie Brown.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown stands and raises his fist. "Our team never gives up!"<BR><BR> Lucy stands up: "How can we win? We're terrible!" "We can win because we've got determination!"<BR><BR> "'Keep a stiff upper lip' is our motto.." Charlie Brown folds his arms. "How's this?" Lucy tries to keep her upper lift stiff.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown coaches Lucy: "That's great! Now, you're the next batter..keep a stiff upper lift and show their pitcher that you've got fire in your eyes." Lucy flares her eyes.<BR><BR> "Oh, and show him a firm jaw, too! If you have a firm jaw, you can't lose!" Charlie Brown runs after Lucy to add this.<BR><BR> They look at each other. Charlie Brown urges her: "Keep a stiff upper lip and show the pitcher you have fire in your eyes and a firm jaw!"<BR><BR> "We may win the ballgame but he's ruining my face!" Lucy says as she marches towards the plate, carrying her bat.<BR><BR>
