Lucy walks up to Linus. He is making a snowball.<BR><BR> Lucy stands with her hands on her hips and announces, "I know what's on your mind..."<BR><BR> She leans in towards him and threatens him: "Let me warn you right now that for every snowball you throw at me, I'm going to clobber you with FIVE!"<BR><BR> Linus rolls his eyes.<BR><BR> WAP! Lucy is hit in the back of her head with a snowball. She is knocked off her feet.<BR><BR> POW1 POW! POW! POW! POW! Linus shrinks as a barrage of snowballs hit him.<BR><BR> WAP! Lucy is hit on the side of her head. She wobbles.<BR><BR> POW! POW! POW! POW! POW!! Linus is assaulted from the back.<BR><BR> WAP! Lucy is hit on the back of her head. [PANEL 10]: POW! POW!... Linus tumbles in the air from the force of the snowballs.<BR><BR> [PANEL 11]: WAP! Lucy is knocked into the air. [PANEL 12]: POW! POW!.. Linus is upside down in the air. [PANEL 13]: Linus lies on the ground. He lifts his head and says, "The odds are killing me!"<BR><BR>
As if Linus really wanted to challenge big sis Lucy, to see if she really meant her threat, as to what she would do to him in return, and sure enough, she did. He would never learn, though, that “no one threw snowballs at Lucy Van Pelt, and got away with it,” not even he, her brother, besides.
