He wears a party hat and blows a noise maker.<BR><BR> Snoopy dances and continues to make noise.<BR><BR> Snoopy lies on the doghouse. Charlie Brown aproaches.<BR><BR> Snoopy sits up. Charlie Brown says, "You're kind of early, aren't you?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown walks away and says, "New Year's Eve isn't until Tuesday night."<BR><BR> Snoopy thinks, "Really? How gauche of me not to have known that!"<BR><BR>
