Snoopy lies on his stomach atop the doghouse; he looks over the edge and sighs thinking,"Memories..." He sits up and thinks,"Memories will drive you crazy."<BR><BR> He lies on his back thinking,"I wonder whatever happened to my dad." He sits up and thinks,"'Hey, pups, you wanna go for a little run?' he used to ask..."<BR><BR> Snoopy starts running and thinks,"We'd go scampering off like a bunch of boobies falling all over ourselves." He lies on his stomach and thinks,"In the evening, Dad would invite a few rabbits over.....dad never chased rabbits...."<BR><BR> He sits up and moves his paws thinking,"Instead, he'd invite them over to play cards." He leans his back on the side of the doghouse and thinks,"Those were good days.."<BR><BR> He sits on the doghouse again and thinks,"I remember the time a preacher came around telling about how the wolf and the lamb will lie down together..." He stands up and thinks,"And the leopard and goats will be at peace...cows will graze among bears...."<BR><BR> He thinks,"My dad stood up and shouted,'How about the beagles and the bunnies?'." Snoopy sits back down and laughs; he thinks,"It broke up the meeting."<BR><BR> He frowns and thinks,"Yes, those were good days..." He lies on his back and concludes,"Anyway, Happy Father's Day, dad, wherever you are....and say hello to all the rabbits!"<BR><BR>
