He was born in 1732."<BR><BR> Sally asks, "What was his early education like?"<BR><BR> Sally says, "I'm sorry . . We have no hard data on that . ."<BR><BR>
Washington never went to college (he had a limited education and never went beyond elementary school). He actually worked as a surveyor. In fact, he was the first surveyor of the newly-formed Culpeper County in Virginia in 1749.
