The Literary Ace sits on the doghouse and types, "She called him 'cute.'" He crumples up the piece of paper and throws it over his shoulder.<BR><BR> The Literary Ace types, "She called him 'adorable,' and it caused him more trouble than anything that ever happened to him in his whole life."<BR><BR> Lucy reads the paper and says, "'Adorable' hmm . . . That's a pretty good beginning . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy continues, "A good beginning is very important . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy hands the paper back to The Literary Ace and says, "I like a good beginning . . ."<BR><BR> Snoopy holds the paper and thinks. "This isn't the beginning . . . This is the ending!"<BR><BR>
Naturally, in the beginning, it was a dark and stormy night.
