If only all customers were that nice. I used to deliver paper on a morning route(actually 3) and very few of my customers were nice even when I went out of my way in the way I delivered their morning paper to do it the way they wanted. All I got were complaints that it was wet, late(whether my fault or not. In all fairness, I had a few that regardless what happened, as long as they got it they were happy.
