Even though you got a referral and scheduled your appt, bring a hard copy of the referral authorization and copies of records from all your doctors (sign releases at ALL of your doctors offices prior as well. You need the contact info of the Dr you got referred to). I just drove 3.5 hrs ONE WAY to UCLA to have them tell me they didn’t have my records and come back in a month. NOT cool.
