You might as well, most of our foods in the US are processed using some sort of sweetener, usually High Fructose Corn Syrup, so you are getting the corn, and it is probably GMO. Although the final readings are not in, and probably never will be, IMO, (which is unscientific, and an “opinion”) we have been eating “modified” foods for most of our homo sapian lifetime. Now we just complain about it. I’m pretty sure that those who are hungry could give a rat’s where the meal came from. As for the HFCS, been eating that most of my 62 years with my corn flakes. And everyone’s objection is…?
