I heard the guys who did “The Blair Witch Project” bought a digital camera from Circuit City and filmed the movie and then took the camera back to the store.
I’m watching Antenna TV. It’s Johnny Carson. He’s doing the opening monologue. He tells a lame joke. A few people moan. He stands there and asks: “How much did you pay to get in here?” (The tickets were free.) He then says: “You get what you pay for.”
I live sortof near the landing pattern for the airport. I got tired of seeing the news and went for a walk. It was so quiet considering it was around 5:00. No planes, no people, little if any traffic. It was like that Twilight Zone episode “Where is Everybody?”
This particular strip has nothing to do with television programming today. This days strip is in reference to 9/11 and the coverage that was on television. For some reason all the news channels felt it necessary to keep showing the jet crashing into the towers, over and over and over.
