   I don’t think I’ve ever even seen the groom wear a tux. Why would a guest be required to?

   Either way, Rat would ruin the wedding with a drunken toast.

   I like tattoos and piercings. But getting one that isn’t easily hide-able is silly for employment reasons.

   Hmm…

   The knot represents the knot of nerves in her stomach. Does she love theater enough to go into debt for a less than lucrative career? Or is she just doing it because Quill is? Does she want something more practical to support a future family?

   The volcano represents the big event that will help her decide.

   The lightening bolt represents her epiphany after the big event.

   The banana peel represents all of the people laughing at her problems before, during, and afterward.

   New York would be fun and educational, but so could other things. Her mom doesn’t work, so her family isn’t rolling in extra funds. New York means not doing something else.

   There are non-academic “internships” offered to college students that aren’t much more than volunteer vacations. That might be what Quill is doing.

   Truth can be relative. Human memory, knowledge, and senses are fallible. Something can be true to one person, and not be to another.

   Memorial day President’s day, Thanksgiving, and the Fourth of July are all secular holidays. Christmas is a time for friends, family, and cookies.

   I am agnostic and celebrate Christmas. All of the Jews, atheists, and agnostics I know celebrate Christmas. It is a very secular holiday.

    Marriage is a legally binding contract. Our government has a separation of church and state. So in this country, marriage has nothing to do with religion unless the couple wants it to. That is why atheists, hindus, and muslims are allowed to get married.

    I haven’t heard Brad or Toni mention any religious leanings. They may not be considering a church for that reason. That being said, getting married in a church is a good idea if they are religious. Some of them are very pretty.
