    I was hysterical.

Shortly after trump took the WH for the first time, a sinkhole opened on the WH lawn… this was unprecedented. But it was obviously a shortcut so his cabinet/advisors/self could get home faster after work.

I saw an owl swoop down and grab and kill a bird sitting on a tree branch. Sadly, it was my pet bird who escaped from the house earlier.

Why does he care if there’s a bear to the left if he’s going straight?

Re your editorial cartoon: I see three possibilities. The senate:

    1. agrees to the recess appointment per fatso’s demands.

    2. confirms Gaetz.

    3. rejects Gaetz.

If it goes with 1 or 2, I know musk’s first government efficiency change: fire the Senate. They’re not doing anything anyway.

If it’s 3, then it’s likely they sat down with trump and agreed that he should nominate someone so horrible that they can reject him and then approve all of the other almost-as-horrible nominations. Kind of like when W nominated Harriet Miers to the supreme court and when she was rejected, nominated the equally worthless Alito, knowing that if two nominees were rejected, Dems would look bad.
