Obama pointed out to a group of South American leaders recently that presidents do not govern based on campaign promises. He was referring to all presidents including himself. It is a fact of life.

Speaking Spanglish is one reason Mexicans do not like Mexican-Americans. It is also one reason many are at the bottom of the economic ladder.

I guess the old saying is true here, never lose underestimating how stupid the electorate is. This is the craziest and most dangerous ever.

It hurts me to agree with you but there is no choice but to admit that the electorate is stupid After all a majority voted for Hillary.

PS I learned how to cut and paste in kindergarten. Did you just learn?

Trump won because he went after the middle class working men that the Democrats abandoned. He also won because he went after the electoral votes, something Hillary was not smart enough to see.

The Democratic party is the one in the turmoil There was little press coverage about the very large number of state governors and legislatures the Republicans took from the Democrats. This is the basis of any political party.

It is true that big business supported the bill to take advantage of cheap labor but is was Clinton that signed the bill. See below.

•CITEThe North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is signed into law by President Bill Clinton. Clinton said he hoped the agreement would encourage other nations to work toward a broader world-trade pact.NAFTA, a trade pact between the United States, Canada, and Mexico, eliminated virtually all tariffs and trade restrictions between the three nations. The passage of NAFTA was one of Clinton’s first major victories as the first Democratic president in 12 years–though the movement for free trade in North America had begun as a Republican initiative.During its planning stages, NAFTA was heavily criticized by Reform Party presidential candidate Ross Perot, who argued that if NAFTA was passed, Americans would hear a “giant sucking sound” of American companies fleeing the United States for Mexico, where employees would work for less pay and without benefits. The pact, which took effect on January 1, 1994, created the world’s largest free-trade zone.

Before the illegal invasion, all the tasks they perform were performed by non-illegals. A person could make a living performing these tasks and in fact dd. The invasion of the illegals drove wages down so low that a person could not support themselves that way.

Th pro illegal immigrants and pro NAFTA etc. liberals drove the middle class working people to vote Trump into office. So, if you do not like Trump the look to the liberals for the reason.

We are a country of legal immigrants not illegal immigrants.

My parents came here legally from Mexico, one of my sons came here legally from Spain and one from Denmark.

Those that are strong and smart come here legally. The immigration problem has to do with the illegals who know it is a crime to come here illegally, as it is true in all countries.

If you enter Mexico illegally, you better have plenty of money or you will waist away in their horrible jails. Spain turned a blind eye to illegals. My family in Spain warned me not to use one of the metro line because the illegal Arabs control that line. They threatened to burn the city down if they are dislodged. In Denmark, they have stationed the army of the border with Germany to keep the illegal out. Most countries in Europe are taking a verity of measures to keep them out. Germany, that was a sanctuary for illegal, has reverse their position. San Francisco should learn from Germany.

I did read both. There is no provisions in the web page for sending the same answer to two people. If there was, I would have addressed it to both of you.

Thank for the clarification. I interpreted his use of the term Neo-Liberal as some new form of liberalism.
